Sliced pineapple, green apple, turnip & zucchini. It is served with a sauce made of roasted groundnuts that are crushed, mixed with tamarind juice & prawn paste, a little sugar, some bird's eye chilli (chilli padi) and Bunga Kantan (also known as ginger flower or torch ginger bud).
