Caramel Bread Pudding

材料・調味料 (5 Servings)
Bread Slices
2 Slices
Milk
1 Cup
Sugar
2 tbsp
Condensed milk
1/4 cup
vanilla Essences
2 tsp
Eggs
2 Nos.
Sugar (for Caramel)

Take Bread, milk,sugar,condensed milk, eggs and vanilla in a blender and blend it still smooth.

Take a baking Pan,grease with some butter. sprinkle some sugar over it and place it on gas .cook till your get nice Caramel colour.
don't burn the sugar.

Now Cool the tin on room temperature.

Pour the prepared custard on top. Cover the Tin with Foil and Place it in a steamer and cook for 30 to 40 mins.

Remove it and insert a toothpick to check whether the custard is done or not.

Now put the tin Fridge and let it chill for 2 hrs.

Slice and serve.
