Fish Fillet with Mayo Egg

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Fish fillet
500 grams
Shallot
3 pieces
Onions
3 pieces
Ginger
5 cm
Coconut milk
2 cups
Venegar
1 spoon
Soy sauce
1 spoon
Oyster sauce
1 spoon
Chili Sauce
1 spoon
Mayonis
5 spoons
Cooking oil
2 spoons
作り方

Part A - Blend Ginger, shallots and onions. Fry it a while, put an egg..
Part B - Venegar + soy sauce + oyster sauce + mayo. marinate Fish fillet with this mixed sauces and wait for 5 minutes.

Boil up Coconut milk. Add [Part B]. cook in small fire until the soup getting gravy.
Add [Part A] on top.
Add chilli sauce as topper.

Ready to serve.
