Gelato - pistachio, mango-orange and matcha

Do you think pistachio gelato has attractive tastes?
Why could only pistachio get the high position in a gelato world??

To me, a good pistachio gelato is really delicious! I have tasted awful ones before. Not sure why its position is high, maybe it's more difficult to make a good one than other flavors?

Then I've never met the special one.
