作り方

Tart:
Mix butter(better heat it a little) and sugar till it gets whitish, then add egg and mix well. Add the flour and the almond powder, and mix very well. Put some butter on the surface of the tart mold. Spread the dough in the mold with 3mm thick and make small holes with a fork. Then keep it in the fridge for 1 hour. Heat the oven in advance at 180C and bake it in the over for about 25min.
縁が落ちてこないように、アルミホイルを短冊に切って被せて焼く。

Melon cream:
Put the gelatin in the water. Peel the melon and make it purée. Put the melon purée and sugar in s pan and heat up to 80C. Add the well melted gelatin to the melon purée and mix well. Cool off the mix to about 25C with ice water. Then mix lemon juice, milk and yoghurt, and add it to the melon purée mix. Whip the fresh cream and mix it with the melon mix. Then put it in the tart. And keep it in refrigerator for a few hours.
