Pan-seared Lamb shoulders with Salad and Asparagus

I love preparing my food. I marinared this lamb over might with garlic and rosemary. Salt and pepper while it is seared and then i tossed in a few asparagus stalks. My regular greens are romaines, arugulas and alfalfa sprouts with a dah of balsamic vinegar. Join me for lunch!
