KETO PANCAKES
1/2 cup of almond flour
4 oz cream cheese
4 eggs
1tsp of lemon zest
1 tbsp of butter
Instruction:
1.In a medium bowl ,whisk together almond flour, cream cheese,eggs and lemon zest until smooth.
2.In non stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter , pour in a bout 3 tbsp batter and cook until golden. 2 minutes. Flip and cook 2 minutes more. Transfer to a plate amd continue with the rest of the batter .
3. Served butter
