材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Warm water
200ml
Milk room temperature
100ml
Sugar
1tsp
Salt
1/2tsp
Flour
450g
Dry yeast
1 1/2tsp
Green water for pampushki
Hot water
Half glass
Dill fine chopped
Garlic minced
3 cloves
Salt
1tsp
Olive oil
作り方

Mix warm water and milk then add sugar and dry yeast. Leave it at warm place for 10min. until you'll see bubble.

Add flour and salt into yeast mix. And mix well. Put oil outside of dough then leave the dough 1hour half at warm place.

Make little press the dough. Let air go from the dough.

To make small ball and leave again to grow.

Baking for 20min. at 180C.

Green water:
Mix all ingredients well.

Take out pampushki from the oven and pour over them green water while they are hot.
