*eggs

*milk

*condensed milk

PUT #MARKED INGRIDIENTS IN a FOOD PROCESSOR, POUND FOR just 3-4 times, add water generously and pound again until just crumbled...take the dough from the food processor and roll into 1/2 cm. thick cut and set into your moulds.

mix all *marked ingridients in a large bowl and set aside...using an electric mixer whipped egg whites until soft peak form fold into egg mixture just until combined.
Pour the mixture into prepared crust and bake in pre-heated oven (400 deg. F) for 30 mins.
ポイント

brush the inner side of the crust with egg whites before adding the egg mixture to prevent saggy bottom.

whipping the the egg whites can give brown color on top.
