Sarmale cu urda🇷🇴

Onion
500g
Rice
200g
Ricotta cheese
500g
dill
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
Tomatoes
2-3pc
Tomato juice
200ml
canola oil
50ml
boiled cabbage leave
作り方

Chop and fry the onion with oil at low fire until it’s well cooked. Then add rice and cook it for 10 min and more.

Add salt, pepper and dill. Mix well and let it cool down. When it’s cold, add the ricotta cheese and more salt and pepper if it is necessary.

Roll the mixture using cabbage leaves. And boil the rolls with tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.

Cut the fresh tomato and put on the rolls. Boil them at low fire with a lid for around 1hour.
