Fregula Sarda con maiale e olive nere;)

材料・調味料 (6 人分)
Fregula pasta
700g
Black olive
200g
Pork minced
500g
White wine
Half glass
Bay leaves
2
Fennel seeds
10g
Finely chopped Carrots
Half
Finely chopped Celery
Half
Finely chopped Onion
Half
Chopped tomato tin
1
Consommé stock
1 dice
Italian parsley
For garnish
Salt and pepper
To taste
Olive oil
For frying Veges
作り方

Boil the fregula pasta for 2.5min. And keep the water for the soup.

In a pot, heat the olive oil and sauté all vegetables and bay leaves, then put the pork meat and fennel seeds.

Add the white wine and evaporate, add the cooking liquid from pasta and consommé stock.

Then add cooked fregula and diced tomato and cook for 20min. until cook.
Before to serve add olive oil and black olive.
