Nankhatai Cookies (Indian tea time cookies)

Hello Tomo! The difference is that these cookies use a mix of gram flour and all purpose flour, cardamom and nutmeg and clarified butter (called ghee in India) these are pretty hard cookies which are typically dipped in tea (the Indian chai, not black tea) and by the way, You got some really beautiful food pictures on your page!
