Cuttlefish and pineapple fried rice with dill.

These small size pineapple starts to show up at early spring and disappears even before the summer starts,just want to grab the chance and make something from it.
The yellow colour is annato oil,not turmeric or curry.

The yellowish colour is actually annato powder.The recipe calls for annato oil,but I couldn't find that,I could only get annato seeds(which I could make the oil with),or the powder,which I find quite weak in flavour,anyway,even these are hard to find in HK.You could try,if you couldn't find it,turmeric would be a good substitute.
Other than that,there were fish sauce,salt and pepper...that's about it....I had some crispy shallot sprinkled on the top too!
