Wash and cook the rice for about 10min. Drain and aside.

Wash the chicken and place in the deep pot. Add salt, cleaned vegetables, cover with cold water and start cooking on lower fire for about 20min. or until the meat starts falling off the bones.

When the meat is cooked, remove the bones, pour the soup through the sieve and chop the meat vegetables.

Add the rice and okra to the soup and cook for another 5-10min.

Add lemon juice and salt if necessary.

Remove from the stove and cool slightly.

Beat the egg yolks with yoghurt till nicely combined. Add the soup.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and leave to rest for another 10min. before serving.
