2 slides
Onion

Pepper
Garlic

Parmesan cheese

作り方

On medium heat, sauté onion with a little bit of olive oil. When become translucent, add garlic and spinach.

Add ham along with salt and pepper to taste.

In a bowl. Beat the egg, season with salt and pepper.

On medium low heat. Pour in your egg. Gently cook the egg till it set but not cook through.

Top with parmesan cheese.

Into the oven 175 c for 10 mins or until lightly golden.
