Packaged cut apple parts? Really? How they keep them from turning brown? Packaged with nitrogen or other inert gas perhaps? We just take the whole apple with us and munch away around the apple core, lol :-)

I have totally no idea how to keep them in fresh (^^; But when we eat an apple , we cut it like this picture. Eat apple like you is so cool for us !! ;D
