In a pot, boil the milk and after add semolina. After adding semolina, boil it for 20min at low fire by mixing constantly (it’s important procedure) until semolina is boiled it becomes thick.

After boiling, add sugar and vanilla essence and let it cool down.

Cut the pears in stripes, put the lemon juice on them and put them in a pan together with butter and sugar and let them at low fire until pears are caramelized.
