Boil the whole cabbage for 10-15min in boiling water with salt. Remove core the bottom.

Frying chopped onion and add grated carrots. Add the meat and when the meat cooked add rice and 50cc of hot water (make cook quicker). Mix them and add herbs then fry them until it’s evaporated. Then remove from the heat.

Preheat the oven 220C. Place cabbage leaves on the giant donut cake pan.( It has to have a hole in the middle.) Put meat mixture and close it. Add consommé soup into the mold then grill it for 40-50min.

Check it while it’s baking and if it’s burning, cover it by aluminium foil.
