Marzeliva sarmi🇧🇬

レシピ
材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Cabbage
1 Whole
Minced pork
400-500g
Washed rice
70g
Carrot, grated
1pc
Medium onion, chopped finely
1pc
Salt
1tsp
Veg oil
4-5tbs
Consommé soup
120cc
Black pepper
To taste
Dry dill, oregano, basil
To taste
Paprika powder

作り方

Boil the whole cabbage for 10-15min in boiling water with salt. Remove core the bottom.

Frying chopped onion and add grated carrots. Add the meat and when the meat cooked add rice and 50cc of hot water (make cook quicker). Mix them and add herbs then fry them until it’s evaporated. Then remove from the heat.

Preheat the oven 220C.
Place cabbage leaves on the giant donut cake pan.( It has to have a hole in the middle.)
Put meat mixture and close it. Add consommé soup into the mold then grill it for 40-50min.

Check it while it’s baking and if it’s burning, cover it by aluminium foil.

Serve with yoghurt and garlic sauce.
