This turned out amazing! I slow cooked the mutton for 3 hours and it turned out spectacular! I've always heard of ppl talking about slow cooked meat and now I get it 😁

Soft whole wheat tortillas turned out just great and add red beans the Mexican way makes a big difference indeed. The caramelized onions made a huge impact in turns of flavor!
