lamb loin with chermoula,roasted couscous with eggplant and tomato,cauliflower with lemon

chermoula is s spicy paste from Morocco.I wanted to take more photos for this dish,but the couscous collapsed right after this one....

To: marikoszk thank you!Although it collapsed,but it still tastes okay and fluffy,may be that's why it's not meant to be plate that way,sometimes I think I spend to long and still could not make it the way I want,not too elaborate and still look good...
