clean the chicken from the inside and the outside using the lemon. chop the onion, green peppers, and carrots. clean the rice with water then drain it then mix it with the meat.

stuff the chicken with the mixture of rice and meat then close it with wooden sticks or sew it. In a pot fry the chicken then add the onion, green peppers, and the carrots. after that add water until it covers the chicken. bring to boil and keep it on fire for one or one and a half hour on low heat. season with salt and pepper

place the chicken on a baking tray putting some of the chicken stock and butter until it becomes golden.
