Been feeding myself with pretty healthy and modest Japanese lunches, I wanted to eat #Savory Curry Chicken Crepes! Here is how to make them! カレーチキンクレープの作り方! [Ingredients] (1) 1 Breast of Chicken, 1 TBS of Olive Oil, 1 TBS of Combined Powder Seasonings of Curry Powder/Turmelic/Coriander/Cumin and Red Pepper, a pinch of Salt and Black Pepper; (2) 1 Garlic, Chopped; 1/2 Onion, Sliced; a Pinch of Salt; 1 TBS of Sake or White Wine; 4 Asparagus, Sliced; 3 Beans, Sliced; 3 Slices of Japanese Kabocha Squash Pumpkin; 1 Cup of White Mushrooms, Sliced; Black Pepper; 2 TBS of Soy or Regular Milk (5) 4 Cherry Tomatoes, Halved; Fresh Dill (6) Crepes - Makes about 4 large size Recipe: http://www.kumigar-tv.com/?p=456 Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91J9lkQgPqQ [Directions] 1. Marinate Chicken by mixing (1) for at least 30 min; 2. Make Crepe Batter following (6); 3. Grill Chicken for about 10 min; 4. In the meantime, in a sauce pan, at med-high heat, put olive oil and sauté garlic, cook onion until transparent adding salt quickens the heat to go thru the veges in general; Add sake, and add and cook asparagus, beans, kabocha and mushrooms; add Black Pepper and Milk. Turn the Heat off and add cherry tomatoes and dill. 5. In a crepe, add 4 and sliced and grilled chicken. Enjoy!
