For the rest of the toppings,I just picked up what I felt like having,green bean,shiitake,lotus root,and also pickled cucumber,learned from Makiko San.(絹さや、シイタケ、レンコン、きゅうりのQちゃん漬け) Makiko San,thank you for your awesome きゅうりのQちゃん漬けagain,apart from eating it straight,I put it here in a dish,I think it also goes very well!
Thank you Makiko San!I know there is this traditional dish 鰻ざく,I have seen it many times in recipe book,but I haven't tried making it yet.I am sure it's a delicious appetizer dish.I wanted to make an unagi chirashi,and I always love some pickles in mine,I remember I have Qちゃん漬け in the fridge,I thought it must be good along with unagi!Also it has ginger flavour too,so no need to add any ginger pickle.I enjoyed this,all are my favorite ingredients here!Thank you again for your generous,sharing the recipe.I still have to find out why it's has a funny name...

Thank you for your kind words,I am just a hungry Hong Kong guy,always ready for good food,that's all,I hesitated posting this,come on,this is all too simple for you people,you are totally making fun of me.But it's summer,unagi and cold dishes are what I like,adding what I saw in the market and I got this.I have no idea how people cut flower with lotus root,mine are very sloppy.Anyway I discover one very good use of Qちゃん,I sure will make them again,so handy to have them at home! Please show me your unagi dishes too,you need to eat more to for your stamina,take care yourself too!

日本ではキュウリの酢の物と鰻の蒲焼を細切りにしたものを和えた「鰻ざく」というおつまみがあるよ。知ってるかな? Qちゃん漬けと合わせるとまさにそれに近い感じだね!

When I cook 鰻散らし寿司, I use 塩もみきゅうり、千切り紫蘇、錦糸卵 and 茗荷。
I can't resist any unagi don,the grilling aroma,fatty and succulent fish with sweet soy sauce,my ultimate comfort food!
