Chicken thigh with chili plum sauce,almond and onion pilaf

This one inspired by the lovely Trivia's apricot chicken dish.I am not familiar with American cuisine,but looking at her amazing southern dishes makes me want to have a go with it(before I could fly over and try them myself)!Trivia is a caterer,her food not only looks delicious,the presentation is a

always beautiful with vibrant colours.She is such a sweet girl as well,everybody should go and take a look at her feed!

I'd also like to thank everybody who "yummy"my dish yesterday,looking at the list the people who "yummied",I am amazed at how many people have an animal on the profile photo,there are cats,dogs,mouse,an elephant and something that I cannot name....
