My version of Thai style steamed fish

レシピ
材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Sea bass
Stock
Fish sauce
Birds eye chilli
1 or 2, sliced thinly
Parsley
Garlic
作り方

Mix stock and fish sauce. Toss in chopped garlic

Pour sauce over fish and toss chilli over fish

Steam for about 10-15mins
4
Sprinkle parsley before serving (I toss it in to steam with fish)
