Fish head curry Singapore style/鮭あらのカレー

Not usually with salmon head in Singapore,but I think it works so good!
What's in it:salmon head, spices, okra,tomato,onion,tamarind,coconut milk,curry leaves.

I made this curry of yellowtail before🐟
will try salmon next time😻
