Put dry yeast and sugar in warm milk with 1tbs of bread flour, mix and let it rise.

In a bigger bowl put oil and some flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and knead with hands( or use automatic stand mixer on the smallest speed) adding flour little by little only until it gets not so sticky to the sides of the bowl.

Don’t put all flour if not necessarily. Knead it a little bit with your hands on the floured surface, form a ball, cover it and let it rest for at least 30min.

Knead with hands a little bit and form eight balls. Oil the surface of working surface and using rolling pin spread every ball and make few cuts with small knife on one side. Put filling inside. Roll towards the cut side.

Let them rest for some 10-15min. until it rise a bit. Meanwhile Mix all ingredients for salc in one cup or bowl.

Put the kitchen paper in the oven tray, place roll bread and spread mixed egg. Preheat oven to 180C and bake for 15min, take it out of the oven, sprinkle with salc and return to the oven and bake for another 10min( overall baking times is 25-30min

depending on the oven, until roll bread gets golden brown colour). When it’s done spread some oil on the top of kifle and serve warm.
