To start adding milk and yogurt slowly and kneading. And add oil then continue kneading until dough is smooth and elastic. Cover with a cloth and leave the dough for 40-45min to rise.

Cut the dough into four pieces and knead each piece. Roll the first piece with the rolling pin until a size of a small pizza.

Layer the dough with butter and cut it into eight triangles (pieces) and roll from the wide part. Like a croissant 🥐

Repeat this with the remain dough. Place the cooking paper into the baking pan and place the kiflice onto it. Brush it all with the yolk and season with sesame seeds.

Leave them to rise for another 15min and place them in preheated oven 200C for 20min.
