Three Bean Hot Vegetarian Chilli Cooked slowly in a Crock pot kidney Beans Black eyed Beans Borlotti Beans 2 tinned Copped Tomatoes Tomato Purée 1 tablespoon Chilli Flakes Garlic paste Oregano Veg Stock Diced Carrots,onions,Peppers Chopped Coriander Fresh Olive oil Salt & Pepper A simple dish to make Sweat the veg of first season add chilli flakes, oregano cook for 5-10 minutes add the Tomato purée stir in, cook on medium heat for a further 5 mins , then add the Tomatoes stir in bring to heat , then add the beans stir in again , bring to heat then add chopped coriander add to the crock pot cook on medium for around 1/5 hrs Taste season and serve with cheese Rice or tortilla chips
