Castor Sugar

YIAH Rose Sugar

Small Lemon (rind only)

Shredded Coconut

Beat egg white until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugars and egg yolk until sugar dissolves.

Combine grated lemon rind with coconut and mix with egg mixture.

Place teaspoonfuls onto prepared oven tray and bake in slow oven for about 10 minutes. Once lightly browned let cool before placing on wire rack.
ポイント

I split my mixture and coloured with powdered food dye.
