Cabbage

Whey
2-4 tbsp
YIAH Wasabi & Chive Dip Mix
1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds
1 tsp
Salt
1 tbsp

Chop cabbage in food processor then place into heavy pot.

Pound cabbage and coriander seeds to release juices.

Add salt, whey and dip mix and transfer into steralized jar.

Press down and leave covered on bench for 3 days.

Now store in fridge. Can be eaten straight away.
