Lageritas - Lagerita Cocktail

材料・調味料 (1 人分)

Premium Lager: 1 can

Good Tequila: 50ml

Orange Liquor: 50ml

Fresh Lime: 1

Ice: 4/8 cubes

作り方

1: Measure 50ml of tequila and 50ml orange liquor and pour over the ice in a pint or tall glass.

2: Pour in the premium lager slowly so as not to cause a foam/head.

Leave a slight gap at the top for stirring.

3: Cut a fresh lime into quarters and squeeze in one or two of the quarters to taste.

Garnish with a slice of lime and a straw.

ポイント

As this is close to a margarita you can add a little salt around the rim of the glass.

alcohol can be reduced/increased to taste levels.

its worth trying this cocktail with different largers as the taste of the cocktail differs alot.

I would recommend using only 100% Agave Tequila (the purest) as cheap tequilas will ruin the cocktail.
