Chicken rice & bitter gourd soup

Whole chicken

Spring onion
5 stalk
Ginger
1 palm size
Salt

Water
Cover chicken
Frying rice: rice
4 cup
Red onion
2 big
Ginger
8 to 10 slice
Garlic
1 whole pip
Chicken fats

Oil

作り方
1
Chicken:
1.Wash chicken.
2. Rub with salt
3. Peel skin if ginger and slice it.
4. Section the spring onion about 2 cm
5. Stuff ginger and spring onion into cavity of chicken.
6. Bring a big pot of water to boil and put chicken into the pot. Water must cover chicken
7. Cook chicken about 20 min and turn off heat. Cover the pot and let chicken sit into water for another 20 min. Take a chopstick and poke the chicken tight. Make sure no blood
