Baked Egg in Yellow Capsicum

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
yellow capsicum

egg
1
parsley leaves
teaspoon
pizza topping/mozzarella
half cup
onion
half cut
作り方
1
cut the capsicum by removing the top so the remaining bottom become the 'cup'

Slice the onion and put inside capsicum cup

Separate the eggs so the yolk comes in first then the yellow egg.

Sprinkle with parsley and top with mozzarella cheese
5
Bake for 15minutes /150 degree celcius and adjust depending on the thickness of capsicum
