Peanut Butter

Roasted unsalted peanuts
4 cups
Kosher salt
1 tsp

Preheat over to 375 degrees F.

Place peanuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. Make sure to watch them closely because they can burn quickly.

Take peanuts out. Let them cool just enough that you can touch them without burning your fingers. Transfer peanuts to a food processor.

Let food processor run for about 6 minutes until peanut butter is to desired consistency. You may need to stop the processor every once in awhile to scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Transfer peanut butter to a tight sealed jar. Does not need to be refrigerated. Enjoy!
