Cottage cheese stir through a sieve. Gelatin soaked in water and let melt.

Beat eggs with sugar. Add cream and mix well. And the vanilla seeds or vanilla essence.

Put egg mixture on medium heat, bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to thicken (I used to cook for 3min after boiling). Then cool down slightly, add gelatin.

Mix cottage cheese, nuts, raisins (raisins must be pre-washed). In the curd add egg mass and mix. Put a layer of gauze into the mold folded twice. The edge of gauze should hang. Put cottage cheese into the mold.

If you don't have a special mold to let drain water from the cheese mixture, you can use a new plastic flower pot or colander. The edges of the gauze wrap. Put mold on the plate or bowl. Press the mass in the mold, keep it for 1hour in the freezer after that in the refrigerator for at least 24hours.

Then open the edges of gauze, turn the mold and remove the gauze. To decorate Paska to taste.
