Possum Innards. Otherwise known as Hamburger Pie

You can add onion if you like, but cook it with the beef before you bake. My husband made this one. I usually put the potatoes in a ring around the casserole rather than covering it. This is a version of a more well known dish called Shepherds Pie.

Nope. That's just to scare you. Just plain old ground beef. I suppose you could try possum innards. Not sure exactly what that is! Lol
