Reshte khoshkar

Reshte khoshkar is a traditional cookie in Gilan (north of Iran). made of rice flour, sugar, walnut, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and spice.

Sounds and looks really good! The ginger you use are the candied little balls and not fresh?
