Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roughly chop whatever nuts you're using and toast. Set aside to cool.

Measure all dry ingredients, except dried fruits, into a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

Whisk wet ingredients in a small bowl. Add to dry ingredients and combine, making sure dry ingredients are fully coated with the wet ingredients.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture into an even layer. Bake at 160 degrees C for 25-35 minutes, till golden, stirring the mixture every 10 minutes to ensure all of the mixture is baked and golden.

Add dried fruits to the granola mixture. Once cooled, store in airtight containers and keep in the refrigerator to ensure granola stays crisp. Serve with milk or yogurt for a delicious & nutritious breakfast!
