Big Breakfast Toasts

Roasted potatoes:
(cut potatoes and blanch for 3mins. Then roast in oven with mixtures below at 200c for 30mins, toss and continue to roast after 15mins in between)
US potatoes
Cherry tomatoes
Baby celery
Olive oil
Black pepper
Paprika
Salt

Toasts:
Sandwich bread (with thin layer of margerine spread)
Vege chic floss
Mayonaise
Black pepper cheese
Chili flakes
Black pepper
Baby celery

Serve with japanese cucumber!
