Peel the potatoes and put them into boiling salted water. Preheat oven to 200C. Drain the potatoes, put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Add milk and stir.

Stir in the cheese, flour, egg, grated cheese, chopped parsley and nutmeg in mixing between each ingredient. Put salt and pepper.

On a baking plat, place a backing paper and brush it with the butter. Form small heaps with mash potatoes and bake 15 to 20 min, as soon as the dough golden on top, turn off the oven and remove the plate.
