In a large bowl combine minced meat and salt, knead well with hands, add onion, garlic, pepper, paprika powder and oil. Using slightly damped hands divide meat into 5 potions (140g or more) and make round shape patties with your hands, 0.5cm thin. Brush oil on the surface of the meat. Cover in the plastic wrap. It is best to leave the meat in the fridge overnight, if not refrigerate it for at least few hours.

Heat a grill or skillet. Cook on high heat without any oil on both sides(3-4min per side) until cooked. Serve warm inside of lepinja. Serve with chopped raw onions, ajvar, chili paprika, lettuce, sliced tomatoes or other, as you wish.
