Pljeskavica: In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients, add salt and pepper and knead well.

Divide the mass with damp hands in 8 and form each in a thin patty. Let rest for 30min.

Heat the heavy grill pan. Place the patty in the middle of the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes on one side, then 4 minutes on the other side. Best done in charcoal grill.

Lepinja: In a big bowl, pour in flour, salt, yeast and sugar. Make a well in the middle and milk and water gradually. Mix till you get a soft, slightly sticky dough.

Oil the dough, cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and let raise for 30min or till doubled in size. Preheat the oven to 250C.

Flour the surface and knead the dough again. Divide into 8 and form smooth shaped balls, then stretch the sides by hand to form pancake shaped forms.

With a toothpick make rhomboids on the top of the dough, spray with water and sprinkle with sesame (optional). Bake in a preheated oven for 9min.
