80 Gms Softened Butter 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1/4th Cup Powdered Sugar 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence 1 Cup All Purpose Flour 3/4 Tsp Baking Soda 1/4th Tsp Baking Powder 1/4th Cup Condensed Milk 1/4th Cup Warm Milk 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chunks or Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS;
Place the butter in a pan. The butter must be on room temperature. Later add brown sugar and powdered sugar and mix well, till the texture is creamy. Now add in vanilla. Add in condensed milk. Now sift in the dry ingredients flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix it all in with some milk, until a smooth cookie dough is formed. Make sure its not too doughy nor too runny.
Fold in the chocolate chunks. Let the cookie dough chill for about 15 mins. Scoop out the dough, and roll them into balls. Then place it in a baking tray. Bake the cookies for about 12 to 15 mins in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees.
Incase you do not have baking paper, you can use an aluminum foil.
