Awesome Hot Chocolate

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
awesome hot chocolate mix:
dark chocolate
200g
cocoa powder
100g
icing sugat
100g
cornflour
50g
horlicks
50g
salt
pinch
awesome hot chocolate drink:
milk
1 cup
cinnamon powder
pinch
marshmallows
3 or more
chocolate shavings
a handful
作り方

if you have a food processor it will be easier, drop in the dark chocolate and pulse it till it all comes to pieces. if not, you can use a cheese grater to grate in all the chocolate.

in a jar, add in the dark chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, icing sugar, cornflour, horlicks and salt. give it a good shake until all combine well

in a saucepan, heat up the milk and 2 heaps tbsp of that chocolate mix. under low heat, keep whisking until it starts to thickens and simmer. do not bring it to a boil

pour it into an oven proof mug, top with cinnamon, marshmallows and chocolate shavings. wack it into a low heated oven, watch carefully, as soon as your marshmallows start to melt, remove and serve. voila! awesome hot chocolate!
