Sichuan(四川)dish.I love the complex and bold flavour of Sichuan food,but I can't dealt with too much heat,that why it is better for me to make it at home,so I could control the level of heat,but Sichuan people probably wouldn't let me call this Sichuan food.....

No wonder there's no "辣", suppose to be 辣子雞 😉 Great dish! 👍Need it to be a bit more spicy for me though 😋
