Hi Rizmu,thanks for coming and see this,it was inspired by your beautiful cinnamon rolls! I love kamquat,the reason I pair it with red bean paste is that we have red bean sweet soup that have preserved mandarin peel 陳皮in it,and they are super match,so I guess other citrus fruits should work fine too.I also had same combinations in a tart when I traveled in Japan,so this idea has been proven! Machiko had made wonderful things from this idea too! Your food is always inspiring,I am so thankful for your contributions here!!
Hi,Rick and Rizmu san, I'm so sorry I'm too late! I was very busy these days (;O;) How yummy this roll bread is! These are red bean paste rolls, and cream cheese with sweet kumquat, I love this! I'm very glad Rick likes the combination of red bean paste and kumquat. Actually, I love the combination of red bean paste and cream cheese as well, when I made red bean paste bread with yuzu peel, I filled the hollow space with cream cheese and enjoyed it, it was so yummy!(^o^) So, I can imagine Rick's roll bread is super tasty! I saw Rizmu san's cinnamon rolls, those were high quality rolls! I remember Rick wants to try the combination of citrus and cinnamon, don't you? Rizmu san's rolls just are made of this combination. 細かいですが私がやってたのは金柑ではなくて柚子と餡子とクリームチーズでした😅 そういえば以前イチゴ🍓と餡子とクリームチーズを挟んだホットサンドを作ったのですがそれも美味しかったです♫

對啊,其實一直有這樣的構思,玉桂卷的做型,換上了豆沙,但看到Rizmu 的玉桂卷用上了cream cheese frosting,覺得很適合,又想到了可以額外加進些金柑,多一種果香,各種的味道也夠和諧的。出來的效果很理想,總算沒有浪費心機...
你的豆沙柚子包,拌些cream cheese 一起吃,我也想像到是超棒的!
當初不確定citrus跟玉桂是否可行,但既然Rizmu 也做過,那我便確定了!她對食物和味道的配合特別擅長的,時常出現一些有趣,不常見的組合,但又十分make sense的。她的料理實在對我很有啟發性!

Rizmu san 說她的玉桂卷是跟出名的玉桂卷店cinnabon做的。我還沒吃過cinnabon,所以下次經過店舖附近時想吃的。
其實前幾天我做了rizmu san的玉桂卷上面的cream cheese frosting,往麵包、餅乾各種東西上塗吃,很好吃的😋 以後也希望學習她的甜點🎶
我不是開玩笑的,你可以每個句子也查辭典的,但文法沒得騙,需下過苦功不可,我看得出來的,可能Machiko 謙虛了,我覺得你的英語比大多的香港人好,日本的更不用說!
