Asparagus wrapped in Wagyu beef

材料・調味料
Wagyu beef slices
500g
Asparagus
I bunch
Teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup
Spring onions
1
Toasted sesame seeds
1 table spoon
作り方

Wrap beef around asparagus

Marinate in teriyaki sauce for 1/2 hour

Heat oil in a flat frying pan and cook / turn as required until brown

Set on plate and garnish with spring onions and toasted sesame seeds
ポイント

Shopping
- You can get decent wagyu beef which is already finely sliced from hotpot meat aisle in Asian grocery stores
- I also prefer the Japanese teriyaki sauce from Asian grocery stores
