Chicken Penne Pasta With Tomato Sauce

Pasta
250g
Chicken
150g
Tomato
3 medium
Maggi Masala
1 packet
Salt
To taste
Pepper
1/2 tspn
Red Chilly
1/2 tspn
Egg

Corn Flour
2 tspn
Corainder
2 to taste
Onion
1 medium
Chilly Flakes

作り方

Boil Water in a pot . Add Salt and 1tsp Oil in the water. When the water comes to boil add the pasta.

For the Sauce- Boil Tomato for 5 min. Peel the skin. Now add oil or butter in pan . Then add the onion. Cook the onion till it became transulen. Now add the tomato. N Cook till it became soft . Now add salt, Pepper, Maggi Masala. Cook for 5 min.

Now marinade the chicken- Take the chicken in a bowl. Add the egg white, Corn flour, Pepper, Salt and mixed it well. Now deep fried the chicken.

Now drain the pasta and mixed it well in the sauce . And add the cooked chicken at last. Mixed it well. Now add the corainder. And ready to serve
ポイント

Always add salt in pasta when the water comes to boil. Dnt add the salt directly in cold water.
