Gently deflate it and divide into 8 doughs, form into round balls making sure to seal any opening properly and place on a floured surface (Usually a cut parchment paper in a try that you can lift individually). Cover to Proof for 45 minutes.

Leave open to dry for 15 minutes and fry on low heat for about 3 minutes on each side or until it is golden brown.

Drain on a paper towel and enjoy it plain, filled it coated.
